Simon Pierse, Girl in a Jain Temple, watercolour
A moment remembered in an Indian rock-cut temple at Ellora became a painting. Girl in Jain Temple is currently showing in a joint exhibition of watercolours by Australian and Taiwanese artists. The show, which is the result of collaboration between David van Nunen, President of the Australian Watercolour Institute and Chin Lung Huang, Professor of College of Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, can be seen at Juniper Hall Gallery in Sydney's Paddington District.
